Place a ruler perpendicular to your neck and measure the distance from the base of the neck to the outside edge of the shoulder.

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size.

Simply The Best for Your Neck!

I have been using Tempur-neck pillows for 35 years. Although there are many great pillow out there, and I have tried many, there is nothing like the Tempur design for truly resting your neck and upper back. Waking up without pain

I purchased this pillow after learning that I had bulging discs in my neck. I’m a side sleeper so I often woke up in pain from my lack of support. This pillow has reduced that and I feel much better upon waking.

Transformed my sleep on night one. I sleep like a rock now and wake up without neck pain or strain. Have tried dozens of pillows. Anyone with broad shoulders, neck pain, or degenerating discs in their neck (my condition) is likely to benefit from this Tempur Pedic pillow. Wish I’d gotten one years ago. Getting one for my partner ASAP. For the cooling cover as well and it works.
