Incredible Sleep Quality!
We have absolutely loved our Tempur-Pedic mattress. The comfort level is amazing, but the biggest difference has been our sleep quality. Ever since switching to it, I've been sleeping significantly deeper. Both my spouse and I are incredibly happy with it. If you're looking for an genuinely comfortable mattress that delivers a deeper sleep, this is absolutely worth it!

Not as promised
Do not fit the mattress as promised. If you are going to see low profile tempurpedic mattresses than you should sell the sheets as well. We spent a lot of money on these sheets and they are terrible for the low profile mattress, which was stated when ordering they would FIT.

Does not accept returns
Very subpar product with very subpar product experience.
At no time during the purchasing process was I informed that returns were not allowed on foundations, and I visited both store and online before purchasing. I explicitly discussed this issue with the store manager because they would not apply the mattress Memorial Day deal to the foundation. No wonder the in-store rep suggested I buy the foundation online, which I did under the assumption I would be buying a mattress. He knew he would have to deal with a dissatisfied customer when I changed my mind about the mattress.
Guess I didn’t read the fine print close enough. But it was interesting to see that when I went to return the product, it was obvious that no refund was available. They had no problem corralling my click-throughs on the back end, though greedily took my money on the front end.

Great bed, accessories are awful
Love my new bed but your sheets and pillows are not as great as expected. The sheets are AWFUL!!! Both the bamboo and cooling ones. They move on the mattress cover and somehow don’t flow well at night. The sheets ruin the benefits of the bed.
